Ms Dishon has 20 years of experience of working on environmental issues in industry. She began her career at the Industries Division in the Ministry of Environmental Protection. In 2003, she founded EcoTraders, an environmental consultancy, and served as its CEO for a decade. She then managed the Weitz Center for Sustainable Development, and steered its course toward issues of sustainability and the environment. Under her management, the Weitz Center implemented the first pilot project in Israel in the field of resource efficiency in industry, funded by the EU. Adi led the Weitz Center in its winning tender bid for the establishment and operation of the Israel Resource Efficiency Center, which she directs presently.
She holds a master's degree in Technology Management and a bachelor's degree in Environmental Sciences, both from the Hebrew University.
Shalom was an economist at Gindi Shrim Financial Services and the CFO of its daughter company Maof Europe Ltd. He is experienced at constructing, managing and controlling budgets, work plans, projections and cash flows. He holds a BSc in Environmental Economics and Management from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
Oren held several roles in the biochemical industry in the Haifa Bay area, including process engineer, production engineer and facility manager, and was a project manager and environmental consultant at Ludan Environmental Technologies. He has in-depth familiarity with the challenges facing the production floor and the entirety of a factory's environmental challenges. Oren holds a degree in Biotechnology and Food Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.
Yehonathan is an industrial and management engineer with extensive experience in operational excellence, both as a leader within the organization and as a consultant on behalf of Lean-Agile Israel. He previously headed organisational transformations, managed complex projects in varied industrial sectors, lead cross-organizational teams toward process efficiency and assisted organizations to break through barriers and reach new peaks of excellence. He holds a BSc in Industrial and Management Engineering and an MBA in International Management and Strategy.
Doron is an environmental economist, experienced in environmental-economic policy planning and research. He interned at the Department of the Chief Economist of the Ministry of Finance as a Milken Fellow, where he conducted applied research; and worked at the Ministry of Environmental Protection as Coordinator of Economics in the field of Green Building. Doron holds a BA in Philosophy, Economics and Political Science from the Hebrew University, and an MSc in Environmental Economics and Climate Change from London School of Economics (LSE).
Avishay is an Industry and Management Engineer, specializing in leading processes of methodology and work process improvements for the client, from the diagnostic stage to full implementation. He has extensive experience in leading resource efficiency processes and managing and leading cross-organizational projects in varied sectors and industries. He holds a BSc in Industry and Management Engineering and a BA in Economics and Management.
